1 Scope of Services

The Digital Business Card Service owned and operated by Tyler Ziegler provides software and hardware tools to facilitate professional networking, including:

• Hosting personal and commercial digital cards reachable via personalized URLs (/c/[slug]).
• Direct generation and download of industry-standard vCard 3.0 (.vcf) files.
• Direct Google Business review redirection links and turn-by-turn map directions.
• High-resolution Vector SVG and PNG QR code generation.
• Custom programming and physical fulfillment of 2 promotional keychain NFC tags per subscriber.
• Native Web NFC burning capabilities for compatible Android hardware.

2 Subscription, Pricing & Billing

Access to the Digital Business Card Service is billed on an active subscription basis:

• Monthly Plan: $10.00 USD per month, automatically renewing each month.
• Annual Membership: $100.00 USD per year (discount equivalent to 2 months free), automatically renewing annually.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the integrated Stripe Customer Billing Portal in your Owner Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

3 Free NFC Hardware Fulfillment Policy

Every new account includes two (2) custom-programmed keychain NFC tags shipped free of charge:

• You are responsible for supplying an accurate, deliverable shipping address during setup.
• Orders are pre-programmed with your claimed card address (/c/[slug]) and dispatched via postal/courier carriers.
• Tyler Ziegler is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from inaccurate address submissions. If hardware arrives physically damaged, contact our operator within 14 days of delivery for replacement.

4 Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use the Digital Business Card Service to:

• Impersonate any person, executive, or business entity you do not lawfully represent.
• Disseminate phishing links, malware, scam URLs, or deceptive contact credentials.
• Distribute defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.

Tyler Ziegler reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate cards and accounts that violate these acceptable use provisions without refund.

5 Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in your uploaded trademarks, logos, photographs, and personal information. You grant Tyler Ziegler a non-exclusive license solely to host and display this content on your card as instructed. The underlying platform, source code, visual designs, and branding remain the exclusive property of Tyler Ziegler.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services and NFC hardware are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Ziegler disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Tyler Ziegler be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this site or hardware.
